Shipping Policy

We ship to most countries using Hellenic Post (ELTA) or BOXNOW. All our shipping methods are fully trackable.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the total weight of the items in your cart.

Order Processing & Delivery Time

We process all orders within 2-3 business days. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive an automatic email with your tracking information. (If you don’t see the email, please check your spam folder.)

Estimated Delivery Times:

• Greece: 1–5 business days

• Cyprus: 5-10 business days
 
• International (within the EU): 8–20 business days

• Outside the EU: 10–25 business days

Duties & Taxes

For orders outside the EU, all applicable customs duties, import fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are imposed by your local customs authority and vary by country—we cannot predict them in advance.

Please note:

• These charges must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.

• They are collected by the shipping courier at the time of delivery.

• If you refuse a shipment, you are still responsible for any fees incurred.

• These fees are non-refundable.
